Aroonpat Patong is located in Patong Beach,

Thanapat Real Estate Co., Ltd (Thanapat Property
Development PLC Group).
The Legal Package
Houses will be sold on a freehold basis. Foreign
nationals will be entitled to buy 49% of the
house with the freehold title in their names.
The other 51% can still be owned with freehold
status by foreigners through a controlling
interest in a Thai company. Thai nationals
may own the land and house outright. For foreign
nationals, there is a reservation fee of 5%
of the purchase price. 20% of the purchase
price is to be paid on signing the contract
and a deposit of 12% of the house price is
to be paid within 5 months of completion.
For Thai nationals, there is a reservation
fee of 50,000 Baht, a sum of 200,000 Baht
when the contract is signed, and a down payment
of 20% of the house price to be paid within
12 months. |
